We also sell 'Online Exclusives', which are products we do not sell in our retail shops and are exclusively available to purchase on our website.

We sell internationally to the following countries - Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States (Not US territories except Puerto Rico).
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation with a Track Your Order link. You can check the status of the order by either pressing this link or by clicking 'Tracking' and entering your order number and email address on our dedicated tracking page.
We offer a Local Pickup option at checkout so customers can choose one of our retail stores to collect online orders between Monday - Saturday, 11am - 4pm.
We also offer FREE Local Delivery at checkout to customers residing in the postal code areas starting with TS20, TS21 and TS22, which mainly covers Norton, Sedgefield and Wynyard. There is a minimum spend of £20 and delivery is normally within 2 days, Monday - Saturday, after 5pm.

Returns are a simple process of clicking 'Refunds' and following the instructions.
Once a return is approved within 2 working days our U.K. based customers will receive an email with a FREE 'CollectPlus' returns label to attach to your parcel to drop off at any of the 7,500 stores offering the 'CollectPlus' service throughout the U.K.
For our international customers we include a returns address label with every purchase for your convenience.
