Returns Policy

POLICY

This Returns Policy relates to item(s) purchased from our Online Boutique store: peridotshop.co.uk

For information related to purchases made in our Retail Stores, please contact the relevant boutique directly.

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days.

There are certain circumstances where we can't accept a return:-

    • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging if applicable.
    • Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
    • Any item(s) marked as 'FINAL SALE'.
    • Any item(s) purchased from our 'MADE TO ORDER' collection.
    • Any item(s) purchased from our 'CHRISTMAS' collection. 
    • Gift Cards CANNOT be exchanged for cash or refunded and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

        To complete your return, we require either a receipt or proof of purchase.

        RETURNS CHARGES

        OPTION 1:- RETURN ITEMS TO OUR STORE

        • You can return your item(s) in-person to one of our stores, which is a FREE return method of choice for all returnable item(s) with NO processing fees.

        OPTION 2:- PURCHASE YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABEL

        • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping for ALL products purchased and will need to arrange the return by using a reputable shipping carrier of your choice.

        Alternatively we can arrange for the return on your behalf with one of our carriers and the cost will be charged or deducted from the refund price.

        We try to keep the return charges as competitive as possible and aim to offer the best value for money.

        HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

        To start the returns process using 'Happy Returns' please go to our Returns Portal - 'Return Your Order' located at the footer (bottom) of our website under the heading 'Orders' or alternatively click 'Here'
          • Enter your order number e.g., POB-0000 and shipping postal (zip) code OR e-mail address.
          • Select which item(s) you are returning and the reason.
          • Confirm your original delivery information and amend if required.
          • Select the method you will be returning your order:-
          1. Bring items to our store.
          2. Purchase your own shipping label.

            If you purchase your own shipping label, please enclose the packing slip e-mailed to you with your return confirmation.

            When attaching your label, please make sure it covers the barcode and address of the previous label and take to your nearest drop-off point.

              Please retain any proof of postage until you have received your refund, in case you will need this at a later date.

              REFUNDS

              Once your return is received by us, we will inspect your item(s) within 2 working days.

              If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) to your original method of payment, or if this is not available, the refund will be processed to a eGift Card to be used for purchases made on our Online Boutique store: peridotshop.co.uk.

              You will be notified by e-mail when the credit has been processed, depending on the terms set by your bank this will show in your account within 7–10 working days.

              The original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

              The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

              LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

              If you do not receive a refund, please check your bank account or your credit card company once again.

              It may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

              If you have followed the previous steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will respond within 2 working days. 

              EXCHANGES

              We DO NOT accept an exchange unless the item(s) is received defective or damaged.

              MADE TO ORDER

              We DO NOT accept a return for any item(s) purchased from our 'MADE TO ORDER' collection unless it is received defective or damaged and an exchange is required.

              CHRISTMAS

              We DO NOT accept a return for any item(s) purchased from our 'CHRISTMAS' collection unless it is received defective or damaged and an exchange is required.

              SALE

              We DO accept a return for any item(s) marked as 'SALE' based on the same Returns Policy criteria as a non-sale item.

              FINAL SALE

              We DO NOT accept a return for any item(s) marked as 'FINAL SALE' unless it is received defective or damaged.

              DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED

              Return shipping is FREE of charge if an item(s) is received defective or damaged and an exchange is required.

              If an item(s) is received defective or damaged you must contact us within 48 hours and await further instructions.

              GIFTS

              If the item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item(s) is received, a digital gift card will be e-mailed to you.

              If the item(s) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
