Shipping Policy

All orders placed through the PERIDOT Online Boutique can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland).

We are unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes or to companies offering international forwarding services.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Orders below £100:- from £5.95 (Delivery is estimated 1-2 working days after dispatched).
  • Orders above £100:- free (Delivery is estimated 1-2 working days after dispatched).

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment with the exception of items listed under 'Delivery Exceptions'.

PERIDOT Online Boutique cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive within the delivery timescale specified.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

The following items have an extended delivery timescale.

  • 'Made to Order' furniture has an estimated delivery of 8 - 12 weeks.
  • Larger items from our furniture collection may require a 2 person delivery and can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched.

PERIDOT Online Boutique cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive within the delivery timescale specified.

CARRIERS

An appropriate carrier is chosen based on the order from one of the many reputable carriers we use.

Larger items from our furniture collection may require a 2 person delivery and the use of a different carrier than listed.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a 'Track Your Order' link. You can track your order by either pressing this link or by clicking 'Track Your Order' and entering your order number and e-mail address on our dedicated tracking page.

You can also check the status of orders by entering your order number and e-mail address in our Live Chat 'widget' located at the bottom right of our website, or if you have an account and are logged in, then all orders placed within the last 60 days will be available as soon as you access Live Chat.

Shipping updates are supplied by the shipping carrier used at the time of dispatch.

PERIDOT Online Boutique cannot be held responsible if you do not receive real time status notifications by e-mail, SMS or on our tracking page.
